No refund is allowed for all purchases.
Non Excluded Merchandise may be exchanged within 21 days of receipt.
Excluded Items (comprising undergarments and discounted items) are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Original sales memo must be presented in the event of exchange request. Only one time exchange is allowed, provided the item for exchange is in its Sellable Condition (as defined below). For any exchange request, please write to PBSingapore@fungkids.com for enquiry. Petit-bateau.sg is not responsible for the transportation cost of items returned to Singapore for exchange and cannot be responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
“Sellable Condition” refers to the Merchandise in its original packaging with the original labels, tags, price tags. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the condition originally sold. Merchandise must not be damaged in any way. The decision whether the Merchandise is in Sellable Condition remains within Petit Bateau Singapore’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final.
